How to Shop at Our Online Store
Shopping online with us is a lot like shopping at a retail store you browse our catalog of products for the items you’d like, put them in a shopping basket, and complete your purchase at the check-out area. The only difference is, we’re open 24 hours a day – seven days a week, …and you don’t have to put on shoes and leave the comfort of your home to shop!
So read on and find out how you can enjoy the shopping experience with Our Online Store.
Step 1. Make Your Product Selections
The first thing to do is browse our shop for the items you’d like. As you browse you’ll see ‘Buy Now’ link.
Once you’ve found the first product you’d like, simply add it to your online shopping basket by clicking on the ‘Buy Now’ link. Then to continue shopping, simply click on the ‘Store’ link on the right.
The product categories are on the left side of the screen or you can click on the ‘Checkout’ button to checkout.
Just like in a retail store, the shopping basket is a holding place for your items until you are ready to purchase them.
You can view the contents of your basket at any time by clicking on the ‘My Account’ link on your shopping page.
And, just like a retail store, you can always remove items from your basket and put them back on the shelves.
Step 2. Proceed to the Check Out
Once you’ve decided upon your selection and checked your basket, proceed to the Ordering Stage by clicking “Check Out”. This action takes you to the page where we need some information to complete the order.
You enter your personal information, then move to order review. If everything looks OK, click the ‘Continue’ link.
Step 3. Submit your Order
At this point you must enter your payment method by entering your credit card information.

Retuns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Any item(s) that you deem unsatisfactory will be replaced or refunded upon your request. You must alert us to the details of the problem within 5 business days of having received your order, you must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
Regarding Fresh Truffles-We require you to alert us within 24 hrs of receiving this product.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Food items can not be returned if they are more than 25% consumed.
Merchandise that has been altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Terms of Service
We do not ship outside USA and Canada.
We use FedEx for non-perishable and perishable items, you can choose different shipping methods: FedEx Ground (available to business address only), FedEx 2nd day , FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx Standard Overnight, international economy.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We ship all orders containing perishable items (Candy, fresh and frozen truffles, frozen mushrooms) only by first, priority and priority overnight; and by International Priority to Canada. So if your order will include perishable or perishable and non-perishable items, will be shipped only by first priority, priority overnight. If you place an order containing perishable items on Friday, will be shipped with Priority Saturday delivery.
To ensure that you receive all your products fresh, we ship perishable items in a foam box with ice packs. These boxes and packs are specifically designed to maintain full product freshness while in transit. (Additional charges will apply)
We strongly recommend that someone be available at the delivery address to sign for the package and refrigerate perishable items upon delivery.
We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday, order placed in weekend will be processed the next business day.

Delivery by 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences). Check transit times.

Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas. Check transit times.
- Express Priority (FedEx Priority Overnight)
Next-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. in remote areas. Check transit times.
- First Priority.
Next-business-day delivery by 8.30 am to most of U.S. Addresses.
- Express Priority Saturday delivery
Ships Friday , arrives Saturday after order is shipped, by noon, 1:30 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. (Saturday Priority Service is not available in all areas)
Shipping Options for Canada
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.
